What’s different due to COVID-19?

Clients must come alone to their appointments and bring/wear a mask for the duration of the session. You will need a doctors note stating that you have been medically advised not to wear a mask if you cannot wear one. If you refuse to wear a mask and do not have a doctors note, you may be asked to leave and your deposit may be forfeit.

We offer phone sterilization and hand sanitizer upon entry to the studio.

Please cancel/reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell, if you feel you may have been exposed to COVID, or if you’ve been advised to stay home after being tested. If you arrive exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 and have not opted to be tested or have not received your results yet, you may be asked to leave and your deposit may be forfeit.

 

What are your prices?

Pricing varies depending on size, detail, and time.

You must contact an artist directly to get an estimate.

Hourly rate: $180/hour + tax. Lucas is $200/hour + tax.

Shop Minimum: Our minimum fee for small tattoos is $150 + tax.

Smaller, single sitting tattoos are priced by the piece and your artist will give you an estimate upon request. Large scale pieces that will take more than one session are priced by the hourly rate.

 

How do I book a consult or appointment?

Some consults can be done over e-mail, so it’s best to get in touch with an artist directly to explain your idea, and they can decide if an in-person consult is necessary.

Once your consult is completed, you will then have the opportunity to book an appointment.

 

Do I need to leave a deposit to book in?

DEPOSITS ARE TRANSFERABLE BUT NOT REFUNDABLE

Every appointment requires a minimum deposit of $150 to hold your spot. Full day bookings require a larger deposit of $250. It will come off of the total price of your tattoo once it is completed. All larger tattoos, such as sleeves, backpieces, etc, could require larger deposits, and will vary depending on what you are looking to get.

The deposit for multi-session tattoos will carry over from appointment to appointment, and will come off of your LAST sitting unless you choose to use it sooner, in which case you will need to leave a new deposit for future appointments.

The deposit is not a drawing fee. Your design will be prepared for your appointment, and be ready for viewing at the time of your appointment.

48 HOURS NOTICE IS REQUIRED FOR CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING. IF THAT IS NOT GIVEN, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR DEPOSIT.

 

When do I see my design?

Your design will be ready for viewing at the time of your appointment, unless otherwise stated by your artist. We know the anticipation is hard, but it’s genuinely easier to discuss changes face to face.

There is always time to make small changes to the design at the time of your appointment, if need be. If the design needs to be re-drawn completely, your appointment will be rescheduled for another day.

 

Do you take walk-ins?

YES! We are always accepting walk-ins pending availability of the artists. Check out our Facebook and Instagram, as we’ll be posting there whenever an artist has time for walk-ins.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to COVID19 precautions, we are operating as an “appointment only” business for the time being. You’ll need to get in touch with an artist to make sure they can fit you in, rather than just stopping by. Thanks for understanding!

 

Do you do cover-ups?

Yes! We will always try to find a way to accomplish your cover up, however, it’s important to understand that not every cover up is possible. Some pieces are just too dark or complex to be covered by what you’re hoping to replace it with. Your artist will always be honest with you, and will try to work with you to achieve the best result.

 

Do you do piercings?

No, we do not offer piercings.

 

Do you tattoo hands, necks, or faces?

Tattooing hands or necks is at the discretion of the artist, but generally speaking, if you are not heavily tattooed already, we won't be tattooing your hands or neck. We will not tattoo faces. Period.

 

Do you tattoo under the age of 18?

We adhere to provincial standards and do not tattoo anyone below the age of 18. A valid ID must be presented at the time of your appointment.
